TAKE NOTICE that the Mayor and Town Council of Mountain Lake Park will hold a Public Hearing on December 2, 2004, at 6:00 p.m., in the Town Hall located at 1007 Allegheny Drive, Mountain Lake Park, Maryland, for the adoption of a Sewer Use Ordinance Amendment.

A fair summary of the proposed Ordinance Amendment is as follow: The sewer use ordinance amendment will allow more time for reconstruction of a residence or other building before a sewer tap becomes abandoned.

A complete copy of the proposed Sewer Use Ordinance Amendment is available for review during business hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

All ordinances shall be subject to referendum as outlined in Article 23A, Section 11 through 17 of the Maryland Annotated Code.
