The Mountain Lake Park Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing on July 27, 2005, at 6:00 p.m. in the Mountain Lake park Town hall. The Board will review the following applications on the following docketed cases:

1. Docket (2005-SE-4) - an application made by Megan Aldridge for a Special Exception Permit to allow the erection of a fence on her property (tax map 78F, lots 1472 and 1474) located at 1300 Wheeling Avenue in a TR-Town Residential Zone.

2. Docket (2005-SE-5) - an application made by Jesse Howell and Sheila Murphy for a Special Exception Permit to allow the placement of a double-wide dwelling unit on their property (tax map 78F, parcel 27, lot 12) located on Wheeling Court in a TR-Town Residential Zone.
