The Town of Mountain Lake Park will accept sealed bids for a three year (3), no purchase of one (1), 2005 3/4 Heavy Duty Crew Cab truck and chassis (no pickup box).

Sealed bids must be submitted to the Town of Mountain Lake Park, P.O. Box 2182, Mountain Lake Park, Maryland 21550, on or before Tuesday, March 1, 2005, at 4:00 p.m. (local time). All bids submitted MUST BE in a sealed envelope and clearly marked "Truck Bid."

The Mayor and Town Council of Mountain Lake Park reserves the right to cancel any bid acceted if the truck is not delivered within Ninety (90) days after bid acceptance.

The Mayor and Town Council of Mountain Lake Park reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to cancel this invitation to bid and to waive technicalities in any part deemed to be in the best interest of Mountain Lake Park.
