The Mayor and Town Council of Mountain Lake Parkwill conduct a public hearing on October 4, 2004, at 6:00 p.m. in the Mtn. Lake Park Town Hall. The Council will review a petition submitted by Glenn and Janet Sisler requesting re-zoning of four parcels of land owned by the petitioners or Sisler Lumber Company located on Maryland Highway. The petition requests re-zoning of properties identified as parcels 12, 14, 34, and 36 on tax map 781 from its current TR-Town Residential designation to a C-Commercial zoning designation. All interedted are welcome to attend.
