The Mountain Lake Park board of Zoning Appeals will onduct a public hearing on September 8, 2004, at 6:00 p.m. in the Mtn. Lake Park Town Hall. The Board will review an application made by Sincle and Shery Brown for a Special Exception permit to allow the construction of a six-foot privacy fence on their property loacted at 522 D street in a TR-Town Residential zone. Intrested parties are welcome to attend.
