End at Mountain Lake Park, MD US FROM THE WEST Merge onto I-68 E toward CUMBERLAND MD.7 Take the MD-42 exit- EXIT 4- toward FRIENDSVILLE. Take the MD-42 S ramp toward MCHENRY STATE PARKS/OAKLAND. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto MD-42/FRIENDSVILLE RD. Turn LEFT to stay on MD-42/FRIENDSVILLE RD. Turn RIGHT onto US-219/GARRETT HWY. Continue to follow US-219. Turn LEFT onto ALDER ST/Follow about 2 miles. End at Mountain Lake Park, MD US FROM THE NORTH Merge onto PA-51 S toward UNIONTOWN Take the US-119 S ramp. Merge onto GEORGE C MARSHALL PKWY. GEORGE C MARSHALL PKWY becomes US-40 E/NATIONAL PIKE. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto US-40. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto US-219/GARRETT HWY. Continue to follow US-219. Turn LEFT onto ALDER ST/Follow about 2 miles. End at Mountain Lake Park, MD US FROM THE SOUTH Turn LEFT onto US-219/RANDOLPH AVE/US-250/US-33/WV-92. Turn RIGHT onto US-219/RANDOLPH AVE/US-250/US-33. Continue to follow US-219/US-250/US-33. Turn RIGHT onto OLD US-219. OLD US-219 becomes US-219. Turn RIGHT onto US-219/WV-72/1ST ST. Continue to follow US-219.
