Regular Meeting
December 9, 2003

Present were Mayor Martin, Councilmembers Callis, Damon, Fike, Learey and Sincell. Also
present were Mr. and Mrs. Hop Wooddell, Deputy Val Drummond, Melissa Wolfe and Judy
Paugh, Clerk Treasurer.

Mayor Martin called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Pledge of Allegiance.

Motions are recorded.

Minutes:
Motion by Councilman Damon to approve the minutes of the October 29, 2003, Executive session with the correction of adding Councilman Learey’s name to members present and approved minutes of the November 26, 2003, meeting. Seconded by Councilman Sincell. All approved.

Motion carried.

Western Annexation:
Motion by Councilman Learey to adopt version # 1, with the exception of Parcel 172 which will be eliminated from the proposed annexation area. Seconded by Councilman Callis. All approved.

Motion carried.

MLP Police Patrol:
Deputy Drummond reported on the patrol throughout Mountain Lake Park.

PACE Meeting:
Councilman Sincell will represent the Town of Mountain Lake Park at this meeting on January 22 and 23, 2004, in Annapolis.

Winter’s Development Roadway Paving:
Mayor Martin reported the paving of Sunshine Drive and Winter Place in the Highland Estates
Subdivision has been completed, so the money being held in escrow has been released to Mr.
Vaughn Winters.

Meeting Adjourned:

Motion by Councilman Callis to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Councilman Sincell. Motion
carried.
