Regular Meeting
May 6, 2004

Present were Mayor Martin, Councilmembers Callis, Damon, Fike, Learey and Sincell. Also
present were Dolores Hayden, Betsey Whittlesey, Hop and Karen Wooddell, Jim and Shirley
Munford, Roy Hinkle, Nancy Learey, Jeff Meyers, Will Stemple, TWR Men, Ms. Sincell, Deputy Val Drummond, Melissa Wolfe and Judy Paugh, Clerk Treasurer.

Mayor Martin called the meeting to order @ 6:00 p.m.

Pledge of Allegiance.

Motion are recorded.

Minutes:
Motion by Councilman Don Sincell to approve the minutes of April 1, 2004, meeting of April 14, 2004, and Public Hearing and Meeting on April 28, 2004. Seconded by Councilman Patrick Damon. All approved. Motion carried.

Financial Reports:
Motion by Councilwoman Linda Fike to approve the financial reports for May 2004. Seconded by Councilman Fred Callis. All approved. Motion carried.

Budget Adjustments:
Motion by Councilman Patrick Damon to approve the budget adjustments for May 2004.
Seconded by Councilwoman Linda Fike. All approved. Motion carried.

MLP Police Patrol:
Deputy Drummond reported on the patrol throughout Mountain Lake Park. A copy of the Incident and Traffic Stop Report for April , 2004, was reviewed and are on file in the Town Office.

Tree-Ms. Yaras:
Tree in Ms. Yaras yard @ 711 K. Street, claims installation of stormwater drainage through her
yard killed the tree. Councilmembers agreed to have Green Acres inspect the tree. Place on hold
till further notice of expert.

Appointment of Dolores Hayden to MLP Election Board:
Motion by Councilman Don Sincell to approve appointment of Dolores Hayden to Mountain Lake Park Election Board. Seconded by Councilman Fred Learey. All approved. Motion carried.
